In March of 2020, Palos Heights Rehabilitation, found itself being an early screening facility for the virus, COVID-19. Since then, they have adapted and changed their policies, and procedures to best protect their residents and their staff from COVID-19. Assistant Administrator of Palos Heights Rehabilitation, Julie Norton-Kruse, explained what changes Palos Heights Rehabilitation has made to ensure the safety of their residents.
