Palos Heights Rehabilitation, like many other senior care centers, has learned one very important word during this COVID-19 pandemic, change. From being one of the early screening facilities back in March, they have adapted and changed their policies, and procedures to best protect their residents and their staff from COVID-19. Assistant Administrator of Palos Heights Rehabilitation, Julie Norton-Kruse, explained how the facility went from an activity-rich environment to a one on one activities to avoid the spread.
